In this section we want to show you the different phases of the event, in a calendar summary fo the steps we are going to be taking.
First Phase: JULY
In July we will make and oficial announcement of the event, we will contact the sponsors that will help us define the event, likewise, we will be presenting the publicity product we are going to use to promote the event. We are going to open applications to designers as to bloggers and enterprises or people who want publicity in the event.
Second Phase: SEPTEMBER
In September, we will define the important aspects. We will announce the exact date when the event will have its opening, so as the official list of sponsors, designers and bloggers.
We will send the group invite to all participants so from it, offer more detailed information.
Third Phase: OCTOBER
October will be the month of the event, we will dedicate the first days to build the sim, once it is built, we will open it for the travelers of “Bitacora” who want to see it without stands and enjoy all the corners and take pictures, pictures that may be part of a special contest with great prizes for the best picture of the sim.
After 3 days, we will close the sim for the travelers and open it for the designers and sponsors place their items.
On the third week, the sim will be opened for all the public, the event will last 2 weeks (the dates are not completely set yet). We will have the opening with live music!
